If you need more space in your life, get rid of all the devices that are taking up space in it. You can also try giving them away or selling them on sites like eBay and Facebook Marketplace. Mindfulness is about being present in the moment and being aware of what is going on around us without judgement or criticism. It's about observing our thoughts and feelings.
