Last week I was very kindly invited to sample Revolution's new summer menu at their Deansgate Locks location in Manchester!

Cue a rather giddy me and my pal Jon at the prospect of a couple of cheeky midweek cocktails.. we settled in and perused the menu and I ordered an Espresso Martini that came complete with popping candy!! YUM.

I opted for calamari to start which was really nice, light, flavourful and a nice portion size. My fabulous date Jon had chicken and informs me it was very nice! I got a bunless chicken and bacon burger accompanied with sweet potato wedges for my main and Jon got the steak which looked amazing!! In for a penny, in for a pound is my motto so we then shared the salted caramel chocolate fondue for pudding!

Then followed a couple more cocktails and a slightly fuzzy head on Thursday. #sorrynotsorry

We had a great time and I can highly recommend Revolution to grab a bite to eat - you will not regret it!
