I love to keep things interesting with my diet so when Holland and Barrett got in touch to challenge me to make some healthy substitutions to what I currently eat I jumped at the chance!
This week I will be sampling all different types of foods thanks to Holland and Barrett and will update you at the end of the week to let you know how I feel.
I really like the idea of introducing more natural products into my weekly intake so I am looking forward to seeing what I love so that I can continue moving forwards! Wish me luck...!
