I kicked off my weekend in style last Friday when I was fortunate to be invited to spend an evening with some of my fave Northern Bloggers, Propellernet and the Front Row Society!

Our task for the weekend was to experience a sleep well shop well night in Manchester, so we checked into our rooms at the Premier Inn Piccadilly on Dale Street, and got ready for a wonderful evening.

In terms of Hotels in Manchester, I was very impressed with the Hotel we stayed at which had a fantastically central location. There's something so luxurious about having a hotel room all to yourself and when I stepped through the doors, I set about getting some music on, hopping in the shower and getting glam, ready for a meal with my Bloggy Pals and our hosts Megan (Pages by Megan), Megan and Hannah (Propellernet) !

We were whisked off to San Carlo Fumo where we discussed all things blogging related and Megan's Secret Shopping Guide for Manchester. The food was plentiful to say the least, and after filling my boots I was giddy to get back to the hotel and jump into my super comfy bed for the night!

The next morning we all reconvened for breakfast (I do not know how or why I was hungry at this point) to fuel up ready for a day of shopping. We were kindly given some spends and map of Megan's shopping spots and then I went on a whistle-stop tour of Manchester.

What was really ace about this mini trip was that it was a completely new way of experiencing my home town and Manchester is such a wonderfully photogenic city that I have never got round to snapping! The Northern Quarter is jam packed full of photo ops and then I went to my fave shopping haunt of the Arndale to do some shopping. I am trying to re-motivate myself at the gym so I opted to buy these AMAZING purple trainers and I love them so much!!!

It was such a lovely experience to be invited along to this event and I had a fabulous time. I can highly recommend Premier Inn and San Carlo Fumo and I urge you to think about going on a #SleepWellShopWell Trip as it was such a treat :)
