Every fashionista enjoys the crisp and luxurious feel of a quality shopping bag and those of us involved in Manchester Fashion Week are no exception!

Manchester Fashion Week recently ran a competition with the lovely ladies attending Whalley Range High School for Girls to design the VIP Goodie Bags for show week.

Some truly outstanding designs were submitted and it was with great pleasure I can announce that student- Ocean Williams has won the opportunity to have her design transformed into the real deal by Manchester firm Duo Plastics.

Ocean's design featuring sleek colours and a Manchester City skyline will be hanging off the hands of VIPs during the event at the National Football Museum in April 2013.

The entries were whittled down and a panel of judges including Manchester Fashion Designer, Nadine Merabi and Duo Plastic's Commercial Director Anthony Brimelow, selected Ocean's design to win the competition.
