Thank GOD for the Bank Holiday! I don't know about you but I needed a break. This weekend I have had a fairly quiet one, went to a party at a Rugby Club last night and have been organising my makeup!
I love seeing what different people have as their ultimate staple makeup items so I thought I would post my faves to get a discussion going...

I absolutely LOVE makeup and enjoy experimenting with different looks. Some suit me more than others but I think it's good to rule certain things out if they don't suit you, for example red lipstick. It pains me to say this but I just don't think it looks good on me at all. It may be that I have not found the right shade, but I am quite good at knowing what colours suit me and red just isn't my colour, I wouldn't really wear red clothes either as it makes me feel like I look all pink and ruddy skinned! I always come back to a bronzed makeup look with gold or brown eyeshadow as I think it makes my green eyes stand out more.
